Welcome! This form is your first step in applying at Golden Career College.
Please set aside 20–30 minutes to complete it in one sitting.
⚠️ Note: This form does not auto-save, so make sure you have the following ready before you begin:
• Government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence, passport, or permanent resident card • Proof of status in Canada, if applicable, such as a permanent resident card, study permit, work permit, or other valid authorization • High school diploma or transcript • College or university transcript, if applicable • English language proficiency documentation, such as English language test results, if required for your selected program Tip: If you do not have all required documents ready, you may upload what you have now and Golden Career College may contact you for missing or additional documents.
